We recently hosted our annual Tour Director Training & Networking Day, bringing together our incredible team of tour directors for a day of learning and connection. During the event, we covered important company updates and had a special guest from Medieval Times lead an insightful de-escalation training, equipping our team with valuable strategies for handling challenging situations on the road.
The day wasn’t all business—we wrapped up with a fun evening of dinner and bowling, giving our tour directors the chance to relax and bond as a team.
We also took this opportunity to get everyone excited and motivated for the upcoming spring field trip season, sharing insights, goals, and inspiration to ensure another successful year of student travel.
